DOC benefits

Moringa DOC yields better results for industrial dye removal than the conventional treatment of coagulation-flocculation with FeCl3 and polyelectrolyte. Treated water is reused for the dyeing processes of cotton fabrics.

Contains a low cost, an environmentally friendly water-soluble protein that reduces organic matter and the microbial load in the water. It is also highly effective for wastewater treatment and for clarification. It has more stable activity in different pH ranges when compared to aluminum sulfate which is the most frequently used coagulating substance in water treatment stations.

Properties

Optimizes muscle development and immune health

DOC in the form of pills or capsules contains up to 60% protein content and contains all the essential amino acids. This provides the body with the necessary foundation needed to build muscle tissue quicker and more efficiently while also improving the overall immune health of an individual.

Increased crop yields

An experimental maize crop study showed that using moringa de-oiled cake as a natural fertilizer increased seed yields by 325% through increased availability of macro and micro nutrients in the soil for plant uptake.

Antimicrobial

The positively charged de-oiled cake binds with negatively charged particles (silt, clay, bacteria, and toxins) in water and the resulting flocculant is removed via filtration. It is generally accepted that treatments with Moringa DOC will remove 90 – 99.9% of water impurities.
